Hi, my name is Mileika. I am a proud Mom, Daughter, and Wife-and when I am not in the sky working as a Flight Attendant you can usually find me in the kitchen with flour on my hands.
Earlier this year I fell in love with Sourdough and created my very first starter. From that moment on, I was hooked. What began as a simple hobby quickly grew in to a passion for crafting bread and sweets that bring comfort, flavor and a little joy to the table. While I always do my best to complete orders as quickly as possible, please keep in mind that I balance my passion with my full-time job.

Azcrumbnco began with a spark of curiosity and a jar of sourdough starter. A small bakery rooted in family, dedication and the creative rhythm of sourdough baking. While I am not a professional baker by trade, every loaf and treat is made with patience, care, and a whole lot of heart.
I hold my food handlers card and I am on my way to securing my cottage food license, because quality and safety matters just as much to me as flavor.
